My strong work ethic and business focus started at an early age when I worked in my parents business from the tender age of 13. Following my University Business Studies degree and a successful early career in Banking, I decided to take over the business from the founder, my sister Jackie Wilson, who remained with the business for a further 8 years.
It is our likeable, genuine team that makes us different. We are all passionate and take a pride in our productive work and in the successful business which we have grown consistently year on year. I have three children and, as a family we live locally. I enjoy spending time with my young family. For many years I have been a keen property investor and have spent my spare time developing property as well as being a regular at various investment and Estate Agent seminars and meetings. I am passionate about two things: people and property.

Ashley started out working in corporate estate agency over 22 years ago and has worked in one of Chester’s busiest and most thriving independent agencies.
Driven by his passion to meet new people and assisting with all aspects of moving, his style combines a desire to succeed with solid knowledge and experience of the industry. He has real a passion for matching people to properties and lives our motto “To us, your move matters”.
Meg is Lisa’s niece, and the eldest daughter of Jackie, our founder. A cool, calm individual, Meg has overall responsibility for the operational functions of the business. Meg joined the team in 2015, and is a qualified mortgage advisor, which gives her a solid grounding in the industry and the ability to deal with all aspects of letting and selling property.
Her inimitable style combines a desire to succeed with a passion to deliver a professional service with that personable twist. Meg is, unequivocally, the warmest and friendliest person you could meet. She excels at recognising the needs of the individual as well as identifying unique and beneficial business opportunities. She possesses a unique ability to combine her professional knowledge and experience with identifying individual client’s needs in order to deliver results.
Rachael has responsibility for managing property maintenance for our lovely managed Landlords. With a busy managed service department, Rachael’s easy rapport with people and organisational skills are vital. Rachael is dedicated to delivering the higher quality service – something that is at the heart of our business and providing a level of property maintenance that is second to none.
Sophie has an endearing character, is driven by our clients needs, and is motivated by seeing them enjoy the benefits of working with us. Sophie has worked as an estate agent in Chester for three years, and is a key member of our lettings department.
Sophie is a consummate professional, effectively applying her knowledge and experience to shore up a solid level of service to our clients that is second to none. Her warm and friendly ‘can do’ approach means you will always feel you are in safe hands whilst her calm and systematic approach to her responsibilities pervades throughout the office and inspires all around her to deliver exceptional levels of service that she prides herself on.
Lucy has worked for Homesale Homelet for over 5 years and previously worked for a local corporate agency within their sales department. From the moment you meet or speak to Lucy you will be astounded by her ability to put people at ease and her infectious enthusiastic nature.
Lucy achieves great success through her drive and her exceptional organisational skills. Nothing is too much for Lucy, she lives in the moment, will find a way around any potential issues through her fast thinking ideas, hard work and can do attitude.
Lionel has been a part of the team for over 10 years now. His wealth of local knowledge means he is well placed to offer insightful and useful guidance to prospective purchasers and tenants alike, whilst his professional and friendly approach make him a highly respected member of the team and ambassador for our company.
