We are opening in Grosvenor Street…. please pop in

On Monday 4 July we will be opening the doors of our new office, in Grosvenor Street which is in the heart of our beautiful city.  18 Grosvenor Street is a proud, Grade II listed building with a fascinating heritage.  Terry Kavanagh a friend of Homesale and Homelet and a knowledgeable historian has traced the history  which dates back to c.1830, which proudly hangs in our office.   The property has been used as the home to the Mayor’s porter and the weighing machine for the newly built Grosvenor Bridge, it has also been a sub post office, an antique shop and a pub and more recently has been legal and estate agent offices.

We are also delighted to announce that Max Chetwyn will be joining our team.  Max has worked in estate agency for the last four years, initially in London and more recently in Chester.  He has a young family and lives locally.

We look forward to welcoming  you to our new home.  We are open at our Christleton Road offices until then and beyond.
